When we get to your place, we will show you comparable listings that have recently sold, and listings that are currently on the market.

Then we will look around, and you can show us all the awesome features your home has to offer.

Together, based on all that knowledge, we can determine what listing price will work best for you. 

We'll go over the paperwork with you, measure the rooms, take pictures, put up a sign, and then get out of your hair.

We will take care of getting your listing sheet up on MLS.ca, on this website, our company website, Craig's List, and in Grand Forks Realty's ad in the Gazette. 

You?  You can just sit back and wait for us to call you with viewing appointments.

         (of course, then you might have to clean a bit - THAT we won't do for you!)

When an offer comes in, we'll be with you every step of the way.
